Salon Fees

Late Fees

Please arrive to your appointment at the scheduled appointment time. Tardiness starting after 15 minutes from the appointment time will result in a $20 late fee. Additional fees apply after 30 minutes. Anything longer than 30 minutes may result in rescheduling, which would include a same day cancellation fee added to the client's account to be paid at the time of the next service.

Same Day Cancellation Fees

We do ask that all clients call 12-24 hours before their scheduled appointment if they need to cancel or reschedule. If you have to cancel or reschedule same day, there will be a fee of 50% of the grooming price added to the next grooming service. Three or more same day cancellations will result in a fee of 100% of the grooming price added to the next grooming service.

No-Show Fees

Any no call-no show to a scheduled appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the price of the groom, to be paid at the next grooming service. Additional no call-no shows will result in 100% of the price of the groom, to be paid at the next grooming service.

Vaccinations

Although our pet clients do not socialize during their time in our salon, vaccines are recommended to protect your pet against any potential airborne viruses. We clean our facility thoroughly each day, and work hard to prevent any such viruses from spreading in our salon. Pet parents should do their part by keeping their pet up to date on vaccinations recommended by their veterinarian. All pets coming in for a grooming service must be up to date on the Rabies Vaccine.

Rabies

DHPP

Protects against Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus. Highly recommended.

Bordetella

Protects against the highly contagious Bordetella virus.

Highly recommended.
